The Rural Cemetery Association is a 501(c)(13) non-profit, charitable organization, and as such, your charitable contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.

We would welcome your donations to help cover our operating expenses, which consist primarily of the maintenance and improvement of the five acres of the Rural Cemetery. These expenditures include the maintenance or improvement of the cemetery grounds, trees and shrubs, gardens, flags and flag holders for veterans, fences and gates, roadways, and drainage of the grounds.  Your contributions will help us to ensure that the Cemetery is a well-kept, respectful, final resting place for the residents of Sandwich and a beautiful area in the center of our town.

Bequests

                 
Support for the Rural Cemetery Association through a bequest or other planned gift is long-term way to help us fulfill our mission. Whatever the size of your estate, planning is essential to ensure that the goals you set for your assets are met. Planned giving can take many forms, including a bequest to the Cemetery. The Rural Cemetery Association can be named as a beneficiary of a retirement account, a life insurance policy, a charitable annuity, a charitable remainder or lead trust, or even the remainder interest in real property.
