1. Welcome and opening remarks- Bert Hansen

6. New Business
Need helpers in the Secretary area: 1) completing the conversion of the cemetery files organized by lot number into a computerized cemetery management program 2) locating lost owners of lots and following thru with families who have volunteered to help us complete missing information relating to their family lot (s). – Bert Hansen
Need help in helping the President with burial coordination in such matters as the corner stones, advising families on the burial process, monuments etc. –Bert Hansen
Landscaping/lawn care – Extra work for Ben Fullerton 1) black mulch for Stevenson Garden 2) on south side of Stevenson Garden clear away evasive brush surrounding several good shrubs 3) clear away a small area of evasive plants along the fence located on the west side of the church parking lot gate (opposite church
plantings) 4) remove very rotten stump with raspberry plants growing from it 75’ inside from church parking lot gate -Dick Devens
Veteran flags-Thank Peter Wright and Jennifer Wright for placing the flags this past spring. Bert Hansen also replaced the American Flag at the memorial garden.

Status report of July 1, 2015 membership letter-Bert Hansen
Complete installing hand pump on well-Dick Devens, Bert Hansen, others
Removal of dead tree (s) if needed, and painting of fences-Fran Howe

Add some lots in existing areas (should there be restrictions on upright monuments)
Better control of setting corner markers
Rules and By-Laws need review for contradictions/updating

Dick Devens proposal for the back “forty” of the cemetery
Lot 42 is set up for paupers and needs to be relocated so lot can be sold to the owners of the adjacent Swain lot.
New owners are not familiar with the rules pertaining to contacting Association for prior approval relating to burials, placing of monuments, and plantings.
Repair latches of the two South gates-church parking lot gate and the one behind the church
